How To Shop Online!


For ordering online, by mail, or phone:
  1. Find the item  you want to purchase.

Shipping

SHIPPING INSURANCE NOTE! You must add $2.25 to your shipping charge if you would like your shipment insured. Sorry but we are not responsible for lost mail. If using shopping cart, please note this in the "Comments" Section of the order form and we will add the $2.25 when processing your order.

PATTERN SHIPPING CHARGE - ADD $1 FOR FIRST PATTERN AND $.50 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PATTERN. Pattern Shipping Charge WILL NOT be automatically calculated on the shopping cart form but will be added when we process your order.

If Floss is the only Accessory ordered, $2.50 shipping will be added - Shipping Charge WILL NOT be automatically calculated on the shopping cart form but will be added when we process your order.

For all KITS and ACCESSORIES/SUPPLIES, shipping must be added - This Shipping Charge WILL be automatically calculated on the shopping cart form.

Shipping for all Kits & Accessories is based on the total of Kits & Accessories ordered. See shipping table AND special note below.
